What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Typically for most orders under $150 the flat shipping rate is $19.95, and we offer free shipping on orders over $150.  Any orders over 14kg there may be an extra shipping charge.  We also offer free in-store pick up and free curb side pick up.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards, Interac E-Transfer, and in-store payments for orders that are going to be picked up.

How long will delivery take?

Typically we will process your order within 1 business day, and shipping times will vary depending on your location and how long it takes the courier to deliver to your area.  In store or curb side pick up can be arranged by calling the store during business hours.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order, your payment is automatically processed and verified, and your order moves to ‘Processing’.  The product(s) you have ordered are automatically allocated and reserved from our available inventory stock, and our staff will receive a copy of your order.  At that point we will locate and safely prepare and package the items for delivery (depending on the delivery method selected).

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email, and you can also login to My Account at any time to view, download, or print your invoice(s).
