Anyone who cooks needs to know how to use a knife. Join us as we teach you the essential skills needed, from how to correctly hold your knife and the item you are cutting to basic cuts needed for food preparation. We will also go over how to maintain and sharpen your knife. Bring your knife to practise your skills or try our selection of knives to see which is your favourite. All this prep work will be used to make two seasonal soups!
