Caramel Chip Blondies; I know ” blondies” are the new brownie but I am skeptical of a non-chocolate brownie. Firmly believing that chocolate makes everything better, I went at this recipe ready to judge hard. Well, all I can say is “thank goodness for co-workers!” or I would have eaten the whole pan myself, guilt free! This recipe from Family Meals by Michael Smith, was so simple and absolutely everything a brownie/ blondie should be. Rich, chewy, sweet, decadent, oh so good! this is definitely one of my new favourites. The recipe makes a 9 by 13 pan and because most ingredients are regularly stocked kitchen basics, it is great to whip up on a moments notice!
